Jessica Hsieh

Jessica Hsieh, DPT
Jessica was born and raised in Taiwan and has always been passionate about helping people feel their best. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2012, then moved to the United States in 2016 to continue her education and complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at New York University. After graduating, she settled in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys the beauty of the mountains, the ocean, and the active lifestyle the region offers.
Jess has more than 10 years of experience practicing physical therapy in both Asia and the United States. She loves working with a wide variety of patients, from young athletes to active individuals recovering from injury, and finds joy in helping people return to the activities and routines they love most. Her approach is centered on listening, educating, and partnering with each patient so they feel supported every step of the way.
Jess believes that healing is most effective when the whole person is cared for, not just the injury itself. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to move well, feel strong, and get back to living fully. She has a special interest in women’s health physical therapy, particularly prenatal and postpartum care.
When she’s not at work, Jess enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
