Cara was born and raised in the greater Seattle area, where she established her roots and love for the outdoors. Growing up, she ran competitively in both track and cross country, which ignited her enthusiasm for the field of Physical Therapy.
Cara continued her passion for running and the human body at Boise State University where she received her Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics and Minor in Biomedical Engineering. While attending Boise State, she ran both cross country and track and field, which established her passion towards improving performance and return to sport injuries. Cara earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Go Lumberjacks!
Cara has been practicing in the Eastside for the past five years, where she has gained experience and broadened her roots in this community. She is passionate about optimizing movement and providing individualized care to her patients in a holistic manner. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, and taking her dogs, Ember and River, on many adventures!
